Contest Conditions
Players must register by the 19th MARCH 2010
Please register your attendance
and pay entrants fee 45mins prior to contest start time on the day of the
competition with the Contest Organisers.
The Promoter reserves the right
to cancel any event without notice.
If a tie occurs within the first
3 placing’s after the aggregate totals, then placing’s will go to the winner of
either the 2/4 March or the event with the March component.
Entrants compete at their own
risk and NO Liability is accepted by the Promoters/Organisers
for any injury or loss sustained.
Playing up one grade is permitted
and if placed awarded that place.
This is an Aggregate competition
and points are awarded for first three places:
1st – 5 Points / 2nd
– 3 Points / 3rd – 1 Point.
The aggregate points are counted
after the final on the 1st May and prizes are awarded to the top 3
places in each grade.
All representations or complaints
with regard to any contest matter must be made to the Promoter, whose decision
in all matters will be final.
Entry fee is $20.00 per grade, per round non refundable. (e.g $60.00 for all three Rounds)
There will be a $2.00 entry fee
to the hall for non-competitors over 16yrs on the day…
Events are per round (e.g Learner
Event 1 is the 27st March, Event 2 is the 17th April)
(Intermediate Event 10&11 is the 27st March, Events 12&13 is
the 17th April) and so on. Any questions please email.
Once you fill out the below
entry you have entered all three rounds 27st March – 17th
April – 1st May entry fee payable on day of each contest.
